There are well-established burger factions in Madison, and Blue Moon isn't hurting for die-hard devotees. In addition to the “best burger in town” (that's really what it's called on the menu; it's a simple burger on a toasted bun), there is the cheese-laden pile driver and the spicy Cajun burger. But come for the Blue Moon burger, with garlic, onion, and blue cheese, or get a chicken breast instead of beef. A special Friday menu includes several fish selections, like a grilled salmon sandwich and homemade clam chowder. The atmosphere is bright and open, with an art-deco theme.
